You don’t have to explain what kept you up. You just have to admit it did.
Half Awake is ten songs I never meant to release. No rollout plan. No punchlines. Just moments that got recorded before I could clean them up.
I tracked most of it straight to tape. Not for nostalgia—just because it felt more human that way. Some vocals sit low. Some lines never land. I didn’t fix that. I didn’t want to.
This isn’t about closure. It’s about everything that lingers after you stop pretending it didn’t matter. It’s a voice memo you were never supposed to hear back.
If something in here feels familiar, I hope you keep it. If it haunts you a little, that’s fine too.
Half Awake. June 6.if you’ve made it this far, you probably already know where to look.
